We, New Jersey immigration attorneys, also counsel businesses on issues related to temporary non-immigrant work visas, the PERM process, and immigration compliance issues (E-Verify, I-9). Our EB-5 visa services are also available for immigrant investors. For the convenience of our clients, the firm further provides limited legal services in civil matters such as divorce, corporate, and business law.
We are conveniently located in Northern New Jersey, allowing us to readily serve the tri-state area. With our main office in Hackensack, New Jersey, we are minutes from the George Washington Bridge and New York City. We also maintain a satellite office in Matawan, New Jersey, offering further convenience to our central New Jersey clients. An international satellite office is located in Vadodara, India.

You should bring all relevant immigration documents with you such as (if applicable) your I-94 card, green card, passport, and current and past USCIS filings. If you have had a prior law firm handle your matter, please ask your prior law firm to provide you with a complete copy of your file and bring the same with you so that we may better understand the existing status of your matter.
Many of our services are provided on a flat fee basis. At the conclusion of a consultation with our firm, you can expect a quote regarding attorneys’ fees to service your matter and whether your matter will be handled on a flat fee or hourly attorney fee basis. You will also be provided with an estimate of any associated costs, such as USCIS and DOS filing fees.
Every matter is unique and requires its own evaluation regarding the time it will take to process. However, it can be expected that matters that involve processing by governmental agencies such as United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and United States Department of State (USDOS) will generally take many months to process.
Our main office is located in Hackensack, New Jersey. We also offer appointments at our satellite office locations in Matawan, New Jersey, and an international satellite location in Vadodara, India. We are open on regular business days Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. We also offer weekend appointments on a limited basis and for emergency matters only.
